Custom Coatings International has been providing protective coating services for over 35 years. Located in Leduc, Alberta, our services have been provided to customers across Alberta, Canada, and the world. We have worked alongside some of the largest companies in the oil and gas, construction, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing & industrial equipment industries, developing custom protective coating solutions that protect against abrasion, corrosion, and erosion. As an ISO-certified company, ISN member contractor, COR-certified workplace safety member, Bortec® (boronizing)-certified facility, and NACE Level 2–certified holders on staff (with NACE Level 3 contact as needed), we are committed to quality and safety on every project.
Our Equipment
Sandblasting:
- 6 MUB blast cabinets
- 1 glass bead machine
- 10,0000 sq. ft. indoor blast bay with exterior capabilities of blasting large industrial jobs
Custom Coatings International uses the best state of the art equipment for sandblasting and industrial coatings. All QA equipment, furnaces and ovens are calibrated and recorded in order to ensure the highest possible standard of compliance is achieved for all projects. Our facilities capacities includes:
